incident resolution, minor enhancements, patching, and performance tuning for live ECC systems.

Readiness assessment

running SAP's Readiness Check and custom-code analysis to determine migration complexity and simplification-item impact.

Migration

execution technical conversion (brownfield) using SUM/DMO tooling, or full re-implementation (greenfield) depending on client strategy.

Custom code remediation

adapting client-specific ABAP code for S/4HANA compatibility.
